Great story, struggled with the narrator...

A brilliant story that had me actually laughing out loud. The only issue I had was the way the narrator changed between the viewpoint of Claire and then Carter. This could have been made clearer as sometimes it took a few sentences to establish which point of view I was listening to as sometimes they seemed to run together with very little pause and nothing to suggest that it had changed. It did become slightly easier to distinguish as the book went on but something to be aware of.

Another winner from Kristen Ashley

Loved this book and the narration was really good. A word of warning though, if you're close to the end, don't listen while driving! Well done Ms Ashley, well done

... I wasn't a fan of the narrator. He didn't grab me the same way I usually get caught up in a Karen Rose book. Still a fantastic book though and I'm already guessing st who the next one will be about... can't wait!

I struggled with the beginning of this book which surprised me because I love Kristen Ashley's books. I even considered returning it but I'm glad I stuck with it as it got much better once it switched to Keeley's POV. Still, not one of my favourites.

I love all of the Jane Yellowrock books but this one is my favourite by far! From the first 'tap, tap tap tap' to the very last word I was hooked. The story is fantastic and had me both laughing and crying (don't listen to the epilogue whilst driving!). Not only was the story well written and captivating but Khristine's narration brought it to life in an absolutely spellbinding fashion. A masterpiece, well done!

Enjoyed the story and was a nice easy read. it took a while to get used to the narrator who I didn't think was that good to start with but I warmed to her as the story went on.

Really liked this as an ending the the series. Sad that it had to come to an end though. I love Greek mythology so enjoyed listening to stories with them in. I especially like Ernie! The narrator did a very good job and I would definitely listen to her again.

Enjoyed but that ending.. translate the next one!

Really enjoyed the story although struggled slightly with what seemed to be the quick change from quiet librarian to adept fighter in a short space of time. Overall a very good story with good narration and the ending took my breath away... please translate the next one very soon!

Took a little while to get into it but once I did I really enjoyed the story. The narrator was very good and was able to give distinctive voices to each character which always help follow the story. Looking forward to listening to the next one.

After an underwhelming couple of audiobooks (not this author) I was delighted when this one drew me in straight away. The story is fantastic as you'd expect from Kristen Ashley and I really liked the use of two narrators as it helped get into the mindset of whichever character was in control. The narrators were brilliant too which is always a massive advantage. The only downside is that it had to end!
