Great narration but the plot did not keep my interest, too drawn out.
I will listen to Joel again but think twice about another Cat Sebastian novel.

Too preachy, most of the book is a rant against the perils of social media and politics. Unless you are interested in both you might find yourself skipping through.

I loved the story and continued to the end but the Audio needs a great amount of additional editing. But I would say the Audio did not detract from the story overall . I can not be sure but either a chunk of the book was missing or the plot about the burglar was dropped without resolution.
A bit more research into the effect of domestic abuse may have enhanced the story told.

I loved it and took time to think why. I think it's because it doesn't go down the route of Instant falling into Daddy Kink but shows the emotional journeys the MCs make to get there. Makes for a satisfying read.

I believe this addition to the series was one too many. It felt formulaic, insert one sex sceen here and so on. That being said overall it bought the series to a satisfying conclusion.
I heard a podcast recently which I think concluded with the notion MM readers prefer low angst and conflict with their HEA. After reading hundreds of MM books I must be turning into the opposite, I need more.

Slow to get going. Just as it picked it ended. Another sub holds all the power (but not) book lol
I have reconsidered having read book 2. The first instalment (book) sets the scene to perfection and we get a more rounded view of the MCs.
It's all makes sense now, onto book 3, I must know how it all ends.

It turned into an infomercial, some might find it helpful but I bought it for the romance.
I started the series book 5 going to read book 6 now as the 2 leads have caught my attention.

Loved it, it's refreshing to find a book set in the UK with a narrator that pronounces the UK landmarks correctly. But those points won't save a book. The love and suspenseful elements were a joy to read and listen to.

Great, would recommend for the story.
