this is a fantastic course but it shouldn't be your first course in particle physics. I highly recommend the great courses particle physics course as a prerequisite to this course (I forgot the name but there is one major course). this course is a level above popular science and also the great courses physics series. if that is what you are after you won't be disappointed. it's fascinating to understand a little more about the theory and also more of the logistics of these particle physics breakthroughs.

very useful

Great course which covers the early development of Physics briefly before moving on to Einstein and Quantum Physics. Quite well explained and easy to follow for a scientifically minded layman. As this is not the most simple field it's not casual listening, you need to engaged and switched on to benefit!!

This is a summary of the current scientific bodybuilding approach. I've done research lately and found this to be a good summary of the evidence based approach to eating and lifting. It tries to dispell the fad diet approach and the supplement industry tall claims of what we need.
