A practical guide to navigating grief and everything that comes with loss. Jeff Brazier has experienced bereavement in many forms: in his childhood; helping his two boys through the devastating death of their mother, Jade Goody; witnessing the anguish of his own mum when she lost both of her parents; and hearing the stories of his coaching clients who are coming to terms with loss. No one can be an expert on grief, but within this book Jeff provides support and guidance from someone who has been there.

Really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Jeff has lived through so much & done an amazing job of bringing his boys up. I love the ways he’s keeping Jade’s memory alive.
This book has so much advice for coping with loss. Would definitely recommend!

Joe Kenda investigated 387 murder cases during his 23 years with the Colorado Springs Police Department and solved almost all of them. And he is ready to detail the cases that are too gruesome to air on television, cases that still haunt him, and the few cases where the killer got away. These cases are horrifyingly real, and the detail is so mesmerizing you won't be able to turn it off.

This is brilliant. I enjoy watching Homicide Hunter, so thought this would be interesting & I was right. The things he’s seen over the years and cases he’s dealt with are both fascinating & heartbreaking.
