I may never know when accidents may happen, so being well-versed with these survival strategies is a must! I go for the nice introduction of this book. And I almost got carried away with the voice of the narrator.

I do have difficulties following instructions verbally, but because this audio book was precise and clear in instructions, I didn’t have much trouble executing them properly. It’s surprising that I used to ignore yoga, but now, I’m finding myself making time for it ALWAYS.

Gotten a great deal of tips for that 1 hr. and 12 min. of listening to Rhea Margrave. It’s obvious that she’s an expert in this field. The book has been thorough from the advantages of keeping chickens in the backyard to handling city laws.
