This is a very well condensed method you'll learn very early in the audible. You'll get to practice it and see results fast. It's founded in cognitive science, and it's easy to follow a variant of other long-time proven, beneficial techniques. Loved It.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Courage but was pleasantly surprised at how I was moved by it. There was one chapter where I can say my highlighter was on fire!! Now the work begins by going back through and completing her lessons. It will be a thoughtful process that will take time, but I'm looking forward to it. Thank you, Marcus Theron, for such an excellent audible!

I love this audible. This is a no-nonsense approach to getting healthy and fit. The mindset connection is the most critical piece, and there are no shortcuts. Emma Moore is a great writer and reader in the audible. Stop with the fads, products, and supplements, get this audible, do the work, achieve something great.

It's a helpful guide to know about Narcissistic Recovery and also Narcissistic Relationship. The work is a personal narrative, and the author describes the process of what had worked for her, offering a common-sense approach of what one may encounter in freeing one's self from the effects of narcissistic abuse, uniquely when it shaped one's developmental years and self-concept. I acquired and hear the audible today, and it’s terrific.
