Ok - because it’s Jack Reacher
But - it’s predictable - guessed the story line way before it became obvious..
will I listen to another ? Maybe
Narrator was fine no issues with him at all and I would certainly listen to him again ..
So just a bit disappointed overall

A new author for me .
Zips along at a good pace (although I didn’t feel the need to listen to it in one go )
The narrator is totally invisible and all the characters easy to identify and totally unique.
I would consider listening to more of the same .

Soulwood story continues . Well written and beautifully narrated - as usual.
Listen to book 1 first to get the most from this book although there are “ recaps” within the story for anyone listening to this book first .
It’s a pleasure to be able to listen to a complete series via Audible UK as it frequently only has an incomplete series - sooo frustrating!
However this is again a book that easily carries the listener along in the developing saga that is Nell Ingram and Soulwood . Roll on to the next book of Soulwood or in the Jane Yellowrock series ..Well worth the credit !!

His proposal came in a little black envelope with 13 unlucky words: You still owe me that favor, doll, and I'm cashing in. Marry me. In a normal life, I'd never get hitched to Calvin Randolph. Not with his heart-stopping blue eyes, infamous player reputation, and an ego bigger than the part of his anatomy he loves boasting about the most. Been there, done that. All except the last part, which he's left to my shameful imagination for seven years apart. Of course, the fake fiancée contract I just signed is anything but normal.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Im sorry to offend Holter Graham fans but his narration just dose not work for me . I have struggled with previous Alpha Omega yarns with tha same narrator but this is Patricia so I thought I'd give it another go . - nope , still not so good !

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I'm partial to Lorelei king as a narrator .

What three words best describe Holter Graham’s voice?

Monosyllabic- toneless .- boring . Had to re start , re wind , a lot.

Do you think Burn Bright needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

I will not be buying any more Audible books narrated by Holter Graham . Any more Anna and Charles books will need to be read ( if he narrates any more. See Lorelei comment above ) ???I'm sure Anna and Charles have many more ' adventures " in store for us .

Any additional comments?

I had been looking forward to this book . Feel a little let down .

Being a sentient spaceship really should be more fun. But after spreading out through space for almost a century, Bob and his clones just can't stay out of trouble. They've created enough colonies so humanity shouldn't go extinct. But political squabbles have a bad habit of dying hard, and the Brazilian probes are still trying to take out the competition. And the Bobs have picked a fight with an older, more powerful species with a large appetite and a short temper.

Where does All These Worlds rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is one of the best series I have listened to on Audible . The three ' Bobiverse' books read as if they are the one book . I really would not recommend reading as a stand alone book although there are the usual ' précis ' in each book .

What was one of the most memorable moments of All These Worlds?

I liked the whole concept and story line . There were many memorable moments but to discuss here would risk spoiling the plot.

What about Ray Porter’s performance did you like?

Ray Porters Performance totally suited the writing style . I will look to see what else he has narrated .

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The ending - well at least ONE of the Bobiverse endings .

Any additional comments?

Buy book one ! You'll be hooked - and you know you'll get the credit back if you really don't like it and return it ... and if you enjoy it there are a whole THREE books in the series. !!

Supernatural Bounty Hunter isn't the sort of thing you see on LinkedIn. But with a rare type of magic like mine, I don't have many options. Dangerous or not, the job is mine. And it was going fine, until an old-as-sin vampire stole my mark, and with it, my pay day. Knowing I'm poor and desperate, he has offered me a job. I'll have to work by his side to help solve a top secret case. Everyone knows not to trust vampires. Especially a hot elder vampire.

Would you consider the audio edition of Born in Fire to be better than the print version?

Yes I prefer the audio version because I drive a lot and time passes with a good book ..this time I bought the kindle book so I then could purchase the audio book for very little !

What did you like best about this story?

I like the humour , not really laugh out loud but certainly smileable .

What about Nicole Poole’s performance did you like?

Nicole is a skilled narrator so seeing her as the narrator on this book made it a more attractive proposition. I was not disappointed

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No , didn't grab me with the intensity of some others but that's not detrimental to the book.

Any additional comments?

I have bought the second book but have had to get the kindle book as there does not appear to be an Audible version ( yet?)
