Fantastic anxiety resource
Would you listen to Overcome Anxiety again? Why?
Yes! This is a great book to have in audio, as well as paperback, for those times when you are too anxious to read! It's packed with powerful, practical strategies for dealing with all kinds of anxiety, combining the latest research and cutting edge treatments with empathy and compassion. I also found the author's voice reassuring and calming which was a bonus. Really fab.
