Decades of poor exercise and eating habits make achieving wellness after age 40 substantially different from staying healthy in our 20s. Stop wasting time with fad diets and training programs designed for millennials. This all-inclusive fitness guide will get us where we need to go. In The Wellness Roadmap, certified personal trainer Allan Misner provides powerful tools for middle-agers who want to live happier, healthier, and fitter lives.

While the narration is not too bad I did not find the content very useful at all. More of a collection of other people's stories than a practical reference. All you really get from listening is that if your job is toxic or stressful, then leave before it is too late. Some may find it helpful. I, unfortunately, did not.
