I liked the recipe collection of this cookbook. Super delicious! The best part is the recipes are tried and true if you follow them exactly. So far I’ve made the pumpkin stew cut oats, the chicken noodle soup, the pork loin with apples and they have all been nothing short of spectacular. This book is awesome.

Great step-by-step guide with everything you need for a healthy, plant-based diet. Definitely an upgrade compared to many vegan books that contain a lot of unhealthy, sweet stuff. As someone who likes it simple and doesn't want to spend much time in the kitchen or put a much thought into every single meal, I really appreciate the practical approach.
