It is well narrated and goes into incredible depth. The next audible book: Advanced Energy Anatomy which I expected to be similar, surpasses expectations.

The Telomere Effect looks at ideas including how biological age is not chronological age, a biological basis for the mind-body connection and how sleep and diet can affect telomeres.

This book is an excellent scientific approach on how to the manage the stresses of life and its impact. It is termed "Living Younger" but that's just the side effect. It's more about the reasons to be more in tune, in balance and the biological consequences if you're not (aka ageing).
Great listen, though its helpful for this genre of book to get the hard copy to follow through

During the many decades of the author's clinical psychiatric practice, the primary aim was to seek the most effective ways to relieve human suffering in all of its many forms. The inner mechanism of surrender was found to be of great practical benefit and is described in this book.

Shame about audible books not having the same table of contents as the hard copy as this would make it easier to follow

Would you try another book written by Matthew Michalewicz or narrated by Matthew Michalewicz?

No. It was very badly narrated and the ideas were essentially a rehash of other books.

What was most disappointing about Matthew Michalewicz’s story?

Disappointing as there was nothing new and painful to listen to as his tone and style of narrating is poor

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Matthew Michalewicz?

Good question. Anthony Robbins. Stephen Fry.

Could you see Life in Half a Second being made into a movie or a TV series? Who would the stars be?

Definitely not. It's a very weak story that's lacking in substance

Any additional comments?

I wouldn't recommend it. This book shows that anyone who can does publish books and there is no quality control. I would suggest reading or listening to Anthony Robbins and Napoleon Hill

With her hotly anticipated third instalment, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, Fielding introduces us to a whole new enticing phase of Bridget's life set in contemporary London, including the challenges of maintaining sex appeal as the years roll by and the nightmare of drunken texting, the skinny jean, the disastrous email CC, total lack of twitter followers, and TVs that need 90 buttons and three remotes to simply turn on. An uproariously funny novel of modern life, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy is a triumphant return of our favourite Everywoman.
