How far would you go to get revenge? What would you do to keep the love of your life in your life? Quinn and Lincoln will have the battle of their lives and the secrets revealed are bombshells.

Quinn and Linc were high school sweethearts and found out the hard way one decision came change a lot of lives. Sacrificing himself to do what he thinks is right and will protect Quinn, Linc is arrested and sets in motion everything he was trying to prevent. After being in the military and away from home for 7 years, Lincoln is back to hopefully reclaim his love, but man have things changed! Quinn has changed and her secrets are doozies! Quinn was strong and independent, but there were times I questioned her thought process. Will they get a second chance at love, or will their secrets be too much to overcome?

It felt like there was a secret revealed on every page! This book will keep you hooked until the very end. The narration was great, but I wasn’t expecting the deep, richness of Troy Duran! That was pleasantly unexpected and the personality Keira injected into Quinn was perfect. This was the first book I’ve read by Jennifer Ann, I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve added her to my list of authors to look out for!

I am a little torn about this one... on one hand, I enjoyed the story. I thought some things were a bit repetitive, but that can be overlooked. On the other hand, I really wished this was a harem. Everyone wants a shot at Alexa, and given the description of a couple of them, I'd give them a shot too. The issue I had was I thought if this wasn't going to be a harem, she would pick one... but she doesn't... which is fine, but I was a little thrown with the threesome. I didn't see that coming, given other paranormal books I've read. Vampires and werewolves don't like to share, however... I didn't mind it one bit! That part was spicy! I did enjoy the action with a villain Alexa wasn't sure she could defeat. It felt like it knocked her down a peg. I appreciated the character development of Shaz, also getting more vampire backstory was great. Sarah Puckett was fantastic. I haven't gone wrong yet with a book she's narrated. She really brought this to life. All of this is what makes this a 4 star!

Initially, I was excited about this story because the synopsis was great and you can't go wrong with a Sarah Puckett narration. While I enjoyed the story and the narration was perfect, I wasn't in love with the character of Alexa. I can appreciate a tough, in your face heroine... but Alexa came off as judgemental and aggressive. Don't get me wrong, there were moments where her aggression was necessary, but there were moments when the aggression. The upside, there weren't a lot of moments of overt aggression. The storyline was intriguing and kept me tuned into what happens next. I wasn't a fan of seemed to be a love triangle. I didn't think it was necessary, but I loved both guys! (There was a small part of me that wanted this to turn into a reverse harem!) With all that being said, I still enjoyed this story and Sarah was phenomenal!

Meghan Kelly's narration was spot on! What initially drew me to this story was 1. Meghan Kelly! 2. the synopsis was great and drew me in. The characters of Joey and Mara were great and worked very well together. Second chance romances are slowly becoming one of my favorite tropes and Lyz Kelley has done a spectacular job.

I was warned to be prepared for this story and how I would need a box of tissues. While I had considered myself warned, I still wasn't emotionally prepared for what this story would do to me. This is a beautiful story of Olivia and Silas, who were the epitome of love. When Silas unexpected to passes away, Olivia is devastated but learns via Silas that her life must go on. How do you go on when the only person you've ever loved is no longer there? Sarah Puckett's narration truly brought this story to life and I found myself sitting at my desk wiping tears off my face. I remember thinking halfway through the story "I'm not okay." This story was beautiful, tragic, beautifully tragic. Do have tissues available because you will need it.

I finished this story yesterday and my mind is still trying to process everything! Ash doesn't people well, which is why she prefers science to people: People lie, numbers don't. This entire time she thought she was working for the good guys, but just imagine finding out, not only do you work for the bad guys... you have two mates... and they're right in front of you... in a rescue mission! Twin brothers, Russ and Dunn, have always grown up thinking they weren't meant to have a mate because it would kill the mate. Imagine their shock when the person they needed most happens to be the scientist they are rescuing to save to the universe! I thought the first book was great, but this book is fantastic! There was humor (who doesn't love nerd humor?!), romance, betrayal, and discovery. Gwen Cross was amazing as the narrator, bringing each character to life while reminding you of characters from the previous book. This book was absolutely fantastic and I'm glad I got the chance to read it!

I honestly don't know where to start this review. The story of Lark Kingsley is an intriguing one. The only child, heir of the Kingsley Diamond dynasty, who realizes her life isn't so peachy. There are a lot of pretenses that has to be put on and she's not being her true self. But she's also been very secretive, which does not help matters. When she goes missing, the world needs to know what happened to her. Where is she? Is she hurt, or did she run away with a guy? For some unexplainable reason, the disappearance of Lark speaks to Raven. First, she finds a diary in her trunk and this leads Raven on a chase to find the clues and solve the case. She does so with the help of her downstairs neighbor, Asher. As she solves each clue, it brings her one step closer to finding Lark, but all the clues are bringing up more questions than answers. Can Raven solve the clues in time to save Lark?

Psychological thrillers aren't typically my thing, but I could not put this down! Every time I thought I solved the case, another twist. There's something about Asher I don't trust, but I can't put my finger on it. I like Lark and Raven. There are moments when I really just want to shake Raven, but I get her logic. This book, along with Sarah Puckett's narration, had me going through all types of emotions. It gave me anxiety, wanting to know what happens next, is Lark going to be okay? Sarah's narration was brilliant. The personalities she supplied to each character was absolute perfection. It does end in somewhat of a cliffhanger, but it is so worth it! This book will have you wondering what will happen next. What will happen to Raven? Is Asher trustworthy? (That may just be me...) But I can't wait to read/listen to book 2!

I generally don't do a lot of sports romance stories, but I thought this was absolutely adorable. Wes is a stand-up guy who lost his spot on the team because, in the world of baseball, 35 is old. Hey, everyone has a birthday! He meets Kristin, the local librarian, and sparks fly! I thought they were great together. It took me a while to warm up to Izzy. There was one moment, she made me extremely angry. But she came around, just as I did. What was missing for me was conflict. Other than Izzy, there wasn't any real drama. I'm okay with that, but it would have been nice to have. The narrations were spot on and the sweet personalities injected into each character made the story sweet and endearing.

She was having a rough going of things, and I completely understood her mindset giving the circumstances. She was resilient and feisty. I grew to like her, but I found that I absolutely loved the men. I thought meeting the other two guys, Ben would be my favorite. However, it was Alistar who caught my attention. I would love to get an entire series on just these four characters!
