I enjoyed the pace of this book enhanced by a brilliant narrator. One thing, I don't believe judges in UK courts use gavels.

An engrossing book about the day to day lives of women who have all the money in the world but none of the human rights, though the eyes of a woman who witnessed and resisted the cruelty of Saudi society. A fascinating biography.

This book has the most unsatisfying and feeble ending I have read - all along you expect an answer, when it comes it isn't worth the wait.

I sometimes think the Tudors are done to death but I enjoyed reading about the lesser known women.

I was so looking forward to hearing this book but the narration is so flat it put me off buying the Romanovs, also narrated by the author. It's like listening to someone reading from Wikipedia whist they are very tired; some of the characters are that brief; it's a chore not a pleasure. As a physical book it is probably much better.

This was my first audible - I love Antonia Fraser and enjoyed this book immensely - it would help to have images of the characters.

I very much enjoyed this account of someone whose life I didn't know well BUT the last few chapters are redundant and tedious as they are imagined thoughts of Capote as he is dying. Still read it but when it gets to the well weird post death part - don't bother.

This was a good story well told. Not a blockbuster but good enough to keep you guessing, I enjoyed it.

I was looking forward to hearing this book but it's nothing more than tips for students wanting to be actors - quite a few chapters in and I'm wondering how many more times he can repeat be on time and learn your lines. I won't bother to finish it; glad I didn't pay full price for this but still feel robbed.

I read the book years ago and was looking forward to hearing Walter reading it. However my enjoyment was somewhat shortened at the point of chapter 5 of 8 when it turned into a review of the book and at chapter 6 the book started again at the beginning. Feeling a little short changed
