Story
On a cold icy morning, a mother wakes to find her daughter’s blood-soaked body frozen to the road. Who would carry out such a horrific killing on the victim’s doorstep? Straight off her last harrowing case, Detective Erika Foster is feeling fragile but determined to lead the investigation. As she sets to work, she finds reports of assaults in the same quiet South London suburb where the woman was killed. One chilling detail links them to the murder victim - they were all attacked by a figure in black wearing a gas mask.

The 15th thriller in the Spider Shepherd series promises even more enthralling action from the Sunday Times best seller Stephen Leather. He is one of the world's most ruthless terrorists, codenamed Saladin. He plans and executes devastating attacks, and then, ghostlike, he disappears. The good points 1st
Excellent story that goes along at a great pace with as with all Fargo Adventures.
You don’t need to have listened to the whole series as lots of recaps.
Really enjoyed the ride and the story of the ghosts adventures in time.
The bad points.
ENGLISH...
We don’t speak like we are all in a Mary Poppings Movie (goor Blimley Governor).
If you are writing for an English character use correct words.
For our American cousins.
Trash is Rubbish
It’s a Fire Engine
Backyard is garden
Block is street
Dumpster is Bin
Why would a 1906 Viscount use American words. Hell the little county had only been around a few years.
Scott Bricks English accent was terrible to be honest but he gave it a go.
Overcome that and it’s a great listen
