Another cracking and well paced story from Mr Connelly, with the usual, excellent narration and characterisation by Peter Giles.
Sadly the last story so far in the Michael Haller series.......

Another classic novel by Michael Connelly. Great story line, and great lead detective.
I 'd been wanting to listen to this book for a long time, but had been put off by other reviewers saying that the story was let down by the narration, oh my, how wrong could they be?
I found the narration, characterisation, and pacing by Katherine Moenning,to be excellent. I only wish that I'd listened to the preview of the book and made my own mind up, a lot sooner.......

This is the first book I've read/listened to by Chris Carder. A cracking story with a competent narrator whose voice characterisations and delivery were quite good.
I'd definitely read/listen to another story written by Carter or a book narrated by George Newburn.

Another Great story from Michael Connely, again narrated by Ken Cariou, who this time around seems rather tired and his voice characterisations aren't quite up to his usual standard, that said he still did a reasonable job. An enjoyable, gripping story, with the usual twists and spins.
I'm looking forward to listening to the next books in the series.

A good story, with excellentnarration and voice characterisation by Regina Reagan. The story took some intricate twists and turns, and has an unexpected conclusion to one of the twists to the tale.

A good storyline, with believable characters. The narration by Tom Stechulte was excellent, and he did a good job of voicing the individual characters. I'm Looking forward to listening to the next story in the series.

Excellent, gripping story, and superb narration. However, a slight disappointment and annoyance was caused by the audio dropouts and sqeltching noises throughout the story.

Jonathan Keebles' narration was very good, though his attempts at the various Geordie/Northumbrian accents left a lot to be desired. I also found his pronunciation of local place names quite amusing. Non the less i enjoyed the story and will probably buy more of the audio books,, also narrated by Keeble, in the series.
