Meet Miranda. She's a dominatrix. She has a flatmate, friends and neighbours who have no idea what she gets up to behind closed doors. And did we mention an assortment of slightly off kilter clients? In this opening episode, we hear her try (and fail) to sort out a marketing strategy for a range of painfully absurd and always hilarious bedroom services.

I really recommend this series, it is extremely funny without being rude or obnoxious, but still racy and saucy. The imagery it invokes is vivid and obscure and very amusing. It may make your great grandmother blush a bit, but not much more. Please add to the series, you have done a great job with this pilot.,.

"While the history books are filled with tales of obsessive visionary geniuses who remade the world in their images with sheer, almost irrational force, I've found that history is also made by individuals who fought their egos at every turn, who eschewed the spotlight, and who put their higher goals above their desire for recognition." One of the most significant books ever written by a head of State, the Meditations are a collection of philosophical thoughts by the Emperor Marcus Aurelius (121 - 180 ce). Covering issues such as duty, forgiveness, brotherhood, strength in adversity and the best way to approach life and death, the Meditations have inspired thinkers, poets and politicians since their first publication more than 500 years ago. Today, the book stands as one of the great guides and companions - a cornerstone of Western thought.
