Same quality story as the last book. Wraps up nicely at the end. But weird having a different narrator but I mostly didn’t notice after the first hour

This story is great. Something about sci-fi set over multiple generations always speaks to me. Truly impressive stories of scientific discord take place over such a long time and require perspective to understand. This book absolutely nails it. The performances are great, giving strong voices to different characters. Only occasionally does it break immersion when different performers are required I read for the same role and a favourite character suddenly sounds different. Highly recommend and if you enjoyed this and have not tried them yet check out the Bobiverse books for a similar vibe andthe same stellar quality.

A great prequel to The Girl With All The Gifts. Definitely worth a listen and the epilogue is worth the price of admission alone.

If you enjoyed Jam and Mogworld you'll probably enjoy this too. Similar style in a new genre. Best ending of all the books, less protracted than Mogworld at least.
You can tell it's one of Yahtzee's books about himself and I'm quite happy to listen to him read it. He's definitely got s style though and it is starting to get a bit repetitive. Fine for this one but if he does another it'll need to mix things up a bit more for my liking.

This collection of books is the best way to experience this story. The changes in pace, setting and tone throughout keeps you engaged throughout.

The performance is excellent especially considering it's the author's first attempt at reading his works. The quality of the reading picks up as the story progresses and by the end you and tell he's found his feet.

Looking forward to trying out some more of his works in the future. Always happy to support the indie scene.

I you liked the first two you'll enjoy this. Stronger than Firefight and more developed than Steelheart. Calamity is the perfect ending, the last few chapters manage pretty well to conclude the whole thing considering this always the hardest part of a book to get right Sanderson has done a great job here.
Would recommended to anyone who enjoyed the first two books.
Locked In has a similar vibe when you've finished the reckoners trilogy.

The clever summarisation of the bible is fun, funny and informative. However this particular book is best enjoyed with the eyes not the ears. You miss out on the cartoons and honestly I found parts of it hard to follow. Was it author commentary or sections of the gospel. I might give the paper version a try but I wish I'd passed on this.

Good concept well executed, nice to be able to follow the action a bit better from my listening location on the M25.
Great performance and the little inter chapter music added a little something.

This is probably one of the best audiobooks I've listened to Amazon story and great performance. Wish I could give it more stars.
I'd heard about the book before I downloaded it the audiobook and I only did that because it was featured.
A great story of a man's desperate struggle to survive trapped alone on Mars. Not what I was expecting at all, not sci fi really more drama that just happens to be in space. Well worth listening too and I will be recommending it to anyone who'll listen.

This is one of my favourite Pratchett books. Stephen Briggs always reads Pratchett's books well and this is no exception, only the reading of Where's My Cow at the end let it down. Maybe my expectations were too high. Will probably get another Vime's book next so that's a pretty good recomm
