A very inspirational, touching book. I was amazed to read at how the author was able to overcome such adversity throughout his life--especially during his early years--and become the success he is today. The support of family and friends is paramount during our formative years for sure, but even in our adult years it is a comfort. I highly recommend this book.

Wow. Very thorough, comprehensive look at the Law of Attraction. Sure, I'd heard of it, and maybe knew a little about it. Now I know so much more, and how to use tips & techniques to enhance the benefits. Very interesting audiobook, well written and well narrated. I really enjoyed it, and found it very helpful and I will definitely apply some of these techniques in my life. :)

super helpful, I listened in the car to and from work once or twice and reviewed a few times but it helped me prep for potty training. I took the week off work and day care made it my focus and boom, potty training was done. 6 months in we had a relapse but did not turn to diapers or pull ups we worked through it with the tips here and boom relapse no more. very helpful book ! highly recommend !

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients (if you are doing keto) that you probably already have on hand. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items. LOVE the pancake recipe and the peanut butter cookie recipe. Anybody should be able to find recipes that you can get on the table in a short time. Pretty sure this cookbook, will be a favorite

This is an amazing reaffirmation on how to live yourself as you are today and move forward to make changes from here. I have 4 of these books. Ths is the most relaxing and my favorite. The imagery is vivid and easy to visualize.

This book is a life changer and I strongly believe I'm not the only one who would say so. it has definitely taught me to get in control of my mind, to see my thoughts as just that, passing thoughts. my anxiety has subsided a ton. the practices in this book are simple and easy. so if you are a beginner in mediating and want to get in better control of you mind, release yourself from a vicious cycle of emotional suffering and stress, and achieve happiness, I highly suggest this book.

In this book on Emotional Intelligence, explains and then shows us how we can in fact be the masters of our mind, control our emotions and yes, become friends. He begins with a basic, simple exercise on how to identify feelings fed by fear, anxiety, stress, happiness, joy, and more. This image centered exercise takes us through a gamut of emotions, imagery manipulation, dealing with the situation, and finally control. It can be anchored in the past, or future cast. I tried this exercise over a few days and found that yes, I can become friends with my emotions.
