I have been dieting for ever, she really struck a nerve with me with some of the things she said about self esteem which rang so true ive stopped bothering to diet any more and my obsession for food and constant weighing has stopped.
I feel so much better.

It was okay.
It was written well, and told as well as it could be but as a story to listen to it was just a bit vanilla. In recovery terms that’s a good thing but as a book to keep you gripped not so much so I didn’t feel like I got much out of it.
