This title peaked my interest, and it paid off. The low price made the 45 minute short-read (or listen) totally worth it. Martin Howard touches on the effects of a smaller frontal lobe, the different regions in the brain, and how we are controlled by this complex area in our head.

I love books like this. I mean, I was always interested in chakras and meditation, but this one blew me away, especially because of the variety of the topics.

Liked this. All the philosoophers in 1 bundle. Great way to spend my credit. Recommended. Different narrators. So some sound better than others. But that wasn't a problem.

These brain books can help you understand the human psyche more than anything else. Through understanding disorders, we see things from a different perspective, which helps us connect logic to the odd behaviour of some.
