I have read this book and it's excellent, so I thought a good one to listen to, but a big no, this is a German wartime story, the narrator sounds like he should be reading Barbara cartland love stories, then he breaks into a Cornish accent, then an underland British gangster, he mispronounces words like feldwebel, his pronoucination is feldweeble, and yes I speak German also, this narrator hasn't bothered to do any research and he reads like a bedtime story, he has ruined a good listen, wish I could have my money back, do not buy

I have listened to all of the book series with Mike Talbot and enjoyed every up, down and comedy, but now sadly it's come to an end, like saying goodbye to an old and dear friend of course all his family and friends are also included in this, but a special mention to Sean Runette, it was only he that gave these books life and not left on paper or ebook, no, with his voice he became Micheal Talbot, well done to Mark Tufo keep on trucking I look forward to more series

yet again another excellent book

this book sets new heights in this series, keeps you stuck in the story not wanting to leave, Mike read by Sean Runnette becomes a friend, full of serious concourse riddled with comedy and sarcasm, I hope the following books with Mike Talbot are of the same high quality

I liked the pace, and content of the book, the storyline is just one of many in this genre, the only reason it hasn't got full marks is, it was too far short

throughout the book/narration there is sometimes too much detail given that really could be done without, but overall a very good read and listen

I love this series of books they get you involved, asking yourself what would you do, trying to advise Hallar, knowing what path he will take, when you have listened to all the books the repetition gets annoying, but if you listen as a book in isolation I suppose you need this, all in all excellent books, but why can't we have a good ending for once, I hope there are more books on the way, it's like saying goodbye to an old friend and they will make excellent movies

A possible conclusion

listening to this it sounds like the death knell of the EU and the UK, this could be all so real if the government, MP's and the courts went against the people and refused to act on BREXIT, the feeling is higher now then when the vote was taken, this should be a warning to all.
