Easy to follow book with actionable ideas and plans and good examples on reinvention. useful and down to earth. Thank you Dorie Clark
What I would add: more powerful profound and moving questions (i.e. psychotherapy type) that help guide / challenge your own ideas of reinvention; it would probably make it more impactful.
not sure if the paper version has space for "answers" but it could easily have "workbook" sections - format. On the audio version, it could encourage to write down answers.

What if a teacher could design a lesson that he knew his students would remember 20 years later? What if a doctor or nurse knew how to orchestrate moments that would bring more comfort to patients?

The world’s most trusted guide for leaders in transition. Transitions are a critical time for leaders. In fact, most agree that moving into a new role is the biggest challenge a manager will face. While transitions offer a chance to start fresh and make needed changes in an organization, they also place leaders in a position of acute vulnerability. Missteps made during the crucial first three months in a new role can jeopardize or even derail your success.

This is an Instaread Summary of The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are by Brene Brown. Below is a preview of the earlier sections of the summary. Chapter 1 - It is necessary to practice courage, compassion, and connection on a daily basis in order to develop worthiness.
