I'm a girl who believes in science and facts. Not fate. Not destiny. Or dreams that will never come true. I'm definitely not the kind of girl who meets a cute boy on a crowded New York City street and falls in love with him. Not when my family is 12 hours away from being deported to Jamaica. Falling in love with him won't be my story.

This audiobook has been my favourite so far in terms of how much thought was put into how it would sound. It's a delight to listen to. The story itself was funny and insightful and I encourage all to listen.

Penguin presents the unabridged, downloadable audiobook edition of After You by the Jojo Moyes, the stunning sequel to the worldwide phenomenon Me Before You. Jojo Moyes says: "I hadn't planned to write a sequel to Me Before You. But working on the movie script and reading the sheer volume of tweets and emails every day asking what Lou did with her life meant that the characters never left me."

Too much goes on within this book, so many different storylines and unnecessary twists that it lacks the engaging simplicity of it's predecessor. I struggled to pay attention and the plot became completely unrealistic to me near the end. The reader's calm voice lacked the energy that you expect to hear from Louisa. since I loved the first book, it saddens me to day that this was disappointing.

They say 'live every day as if it's your last' - but you never actually think it's going to be. At least I didn't. The thing is, you don't get to know when it happens. You don't remember to tell your family that you love them or - in my case - remember to say goodbye to them at all. But what if, like me, you could live your last day over and over again? Could you make it perfect? If your whole life flashed before your eyes, would you have no regrets? Or are there some things you'd want to change?

Some reviews mention that the character is an awful person- completely missing that that is the entire point, and further encouraging a standard, bland protagonist with no personality. This book is easily one of my favourites, the author manages to perfectly illustrate this surreal experience, keeping me entertained throughout. it's funny, frustrating and insightful. a must read. I read it as a book first and couldn't put it down. the reader definitely does the book justice.

The work tells the story of Jane's early life, her experience at Lowood School and as a governess. Her refusal to accept Rochester's love on any but her own strictly moral terms is a passionate cry for independence.

Best reader I've heard so far. The performance left no room for improvement. Worth it.
