Comparing Google to an ordinary business is like comparing a rocket to an Edsel. No academic analysis or bystanders account can capture it. Now Doug Edwards, Employee Number 59, offers the first inside view of Google, giving readers a chance to fully experience the bizarre mix of camaraderie and competition at this phenomenal company. I'm Feeling Lucky captures for the first time the unique, self-invented, yet profoundly important culture of the world's most transformative corporation.

By the end of the book I felt I had been there, and gone through this torturous yet adventurous journey with Douglas. Amazing narration with a surprisingly honesty and personal side to it.

Every great business - whether it's a popular pizza restaurant or a baby formula maker - is built on the same core fundamentals. Warren Buffett figured out this universal business truth at an early age, and used it to turn an initial investment of $105,000 into a massive $40 billion fortune. Building a Small Business that Warren Buffett Would Love takes this sound investment methodology and adapts it for small business owners looking to build, grow, or improve their own businesses.

Can's say I regret buying the audiobook, but the narration could have been a bit more engaging and I found at times that the book was focusing too much on executing the formula rather then talk about conceptualizing the intention of the author. Antagonistically, at times it was far too conceptual when I felt it should have provided a more detailed and technical insight.

I can't even begin to say the tremendous impact this book had on me. It reinforced some of my inner beliefs and concepts around leadership, particularly the importance of EQ and SQ, something that is usually under-looked by most leadership coaches. It also underlined how important it is to be a "good man", and how doing the right and correct thing inspires others and aligns them to their life's purpose. Jonathan deliver an engaging narrative accompanied by a meaningful and life changing message.
