truly one book that will stick with me until the end of my days
I have read many books on the subject matter of depression and will continue to do so, this one stands out above the rest, not because it gives some breakthrough treatments that suddenly cure the disease, but because its down to earth, honest and written from the heart. It really was an amazing read that I hope to come back to many times because it made me cry, made me laugh and above all else gave me so many reasons to live and be glad to be part of this world.
