I loved everything about this book, from Catherine Cowles’ wonderful writing style to the fabulous story and characters she created to the perfectly casted and performed narration. This is my first Catherine Cowles book and it definitely will not be my last. The storylines she created are interesting and original, they captured my attention right from the start and held it straight to the end. The characters are complex and well developed, they are realistic, likable and easy to relate to. I adored the two leads Isabelle aka Bell and Ford, Ford dated her older sister, Violet and even though she was a few years younger than him they shared a great bond, she felt he was the only one who really understood her. Violet did not really get Isabelle but she accepted her the way she was, she wishes her parents did too but her parents only wanted her to be more like Violet, whom they had placed on a pedestal. Tragedy tears the three apart and life was not the same. Years later Ford is a successful owner of several bars in L.A. he hasn’t had the heart to return home since the tragedy. But when his brother, Hunter, calls to tell him he needs to come home to help with “The Catch” the family’s bar he agrees to go. He did not know “Bell” worked there and she did not know he was coming home. Their first meeting did not go so well, there is a lot of angst between them and they need to work it out. I love how everything plays out in this book, the small town vibe, the great camaraderie amongst friends, how Bell deals with her bitter mother and most of all Ford and Bell opening up to each other, she has issues trusting him to not leave does not come easy, also there is someone out to get her and/or Hunter. The story is beautifully plotted and there is never a dull moment with plenty of drama, angst, a twist leading to some thrilling and suspenseful moments, some great heartfelt moments and wonderful romance. Thank you Catherine Cowles for this beautiful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

Andi Arndt and Joe Arden are awesome, they are talented narrators and voice artists. They do an amazing job portraying the characters, bringing them to life giving each their own voice and personality. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture and project the characters emotions into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen🎧

Wow, this is one addictive and captivating story, it grabbed my attention right from the start and held hostage straight to the end, heck who am I kidding it is still holding my brain hostage because I need to know what happens next after that mind-blowing ending. This is my first book written by Rina Kent and it will not be my last, she has a great writing style, a creative mind and ability to bring her readers and/or listeners into the story she created, right alongside the characters, allowing you to see what they see and feel what they feel. The characters are complex and well developed. It is Elsa Quinn’s first year in the Royal Elite School aka RES, her goal is getting into Cambridge, she just needs to get thru the next three years first. Her first day at RES was not the best, she was given dirty looks and one guy caught her eye, they were both lost in each other for a moment before he goes to her to tell her that he is going to destroy her. That was Aiden King, one of the most popular boys in the school, a star football player and the son of an Elite. Luckily she makes a friend, another outcast named Kimberly. Aiden torments her for her first two years but changes his tune in her last year, not only playing nice but being protective of her. I really liked Elsa, there is a lot of mystery to her and her life, they are even a mystery to her. Since Aiden is the head bully in this book you can not say he is likable, he comes off as one sick and demented individual at times other times I just don’t know what to think or what makes him tick, so a good word to describe him is intriguing. And I can not wait to learn more about each. I loved how everything plays out in this book, everything is plotted out nicely and there is never a dull moment with plenty of drama, angst, some mystery, thrilling psychological suspense, as well as heartfelt moments and some hot romance. Rina Kent, thank you for this amazing book and for perfectly casting the narrators to bring you story to life. I am looking forward to what comes next in “Steel Princess”, I hope it comes to Audible soon.

Shane East and Kiera Stevens are fabulous narrators and voice artists. They did an amazing job portraying the characters, bringing them to life giving each their own voice, personality and attitude. They captured the characters persona perfectly, Shane’s Aiden was darn scary at times, Keira’s Elsa was great too. The emotions of the characters as well as the drama and intensity of the story was reflected in their performance which enhanced truly enhanced the story even more. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen🎧

I loved this book, I was swept into the story right from the start and it held me captive straight to the end. Sawyer Bennett is a gifted author, she has a wonderful writing style, she has a great ability to bring her readers and/or listeners right along side the characters, giving them inside views of what they are thinking, seeing and going thru. Her storylines and characters are realistic and easy to relate to. This book is Aaron Wylde story, a fairly new team member of the “Arizona Vengeance”, a self proclaimed player on and off the ice, he loves the attention and the women aka puck bunnies that come his way. Other team members look up to him for his way with the women. The season is over and he has some down time, jogging along the street past a book store when someone inside captures his attention, a gorgeous woman with red hair and glasses. He continued to jog but was drawn back and had to go check her out. Woman usually recognize him and fall at his feet but not Clarke Webber, the owner of Clarke’s Corner and the woman who captured Wylde’s interest. She is immune to his charm and good looks, but he is determined to win her over and I love the way he gets that first and second date. Wylde schools the book nerd, LOL! There is chemistry between them but Clarke has history with fame and it is not a good one which makes her resistance to get involved even more. I loved how everything plays out in this book, the story is beautifully plotted with plenty of drama, a touch of angst, humor, some heartfelt moments and some hot romance. I love the camaraderie amongst the team members, as well as their women. It was great to see and catch up with characters from earlier books too. Sawyer Bennett, thank you for another awesome story and this awesome series.

Teddy Hamilton and CJ Bloom are fabulous narrators and voice artists. Perfectly casted to portray the characters and bring them and their story to life. They sounded just as I pictured the characters to sound, capturing all their emotions and projecting them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Wow, Ella Miles delivers an awesome second book in her “Maybe, Definitely” series. It is just as captivating as the first book, “Maybe Yes” this story picks up where that one ended so be sure to read and/or listen to that one first, you will not be disappointed. Kinsley’s world just imploded, she is sitting in a jail cell, for what she does not know, the person she fell in love with is not who he said he was and she can not believe her father and grandfather would do what they are accused of doing. She is determined to get to the bottom of it all. Killian is stuck in the middle, honor his commitment to his job or the woman he fell in love with. Wow, this is another amazing, fast paced story, lines are crossed, even Killian realizes there is more to it and learns Kinsley is in danger. Will she ever trust him again, will they get to the bottom of it all? There is never a dull moment in this book, it is brilliantly plotted with plenty of drama, some angst, mystery, thrilling & suspenseful moments, as well as heartfelt and romantic ones. I am looking forward to what happens next, is Kinsley making a huge mistake, will Killian get out of the mess he is in? Ella Miles, thank you for another awesome story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

Kiera Stevens and Wen Ross are talented narrators and voice artists. They did a great job portraying the characters, bringing them to life, giving each their own voice and personality. I adored Kiera’s portrayal of Kinsley and Wen’s Killian, they nailed their persona and sounded as I pictured them to sound. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. S.R. Grey writes another fabulous novel set in her “Men of Fall” series, she is truly a master at writing sports romance. The story immediately captures my attention and holds it straight to the end. The characters are realistic and easy to relate to. I adored the two leads, Caleb a 27 year old football player who wants to prove that he is not at the end of his glory on the field and that he still has it as a tight end. He is picked up by a team in a newly created league, the Columbus Comets. He is committed to give it all he has got. Jodi’s business partner and best friend, Becca, asks her to do her a favor, to go take her place on a blind date. Jodi reluctantly agrees and it turns out to be the worst date ever but thanks to a quick thinking savior the night ends well. I loved how Jodi and Caleb first meet, also loved how everything plays out in this book. The story flows naturally and there is never a dull moment with plenty of drama, both relationship and team, some angst, some twists & turns, heartfelt moments and some hot romance. S.R. Grey, thank you for another great and entertaining story.

This book was amazing, it drew me in right from the start and held me captive straight to the end. Victoria Ashley is a gifted author, her descriptive writing brings you right along side the characters, seeing what they see and feel. Jameson and Cole have been friends for 20 years, they work together at the club and are like brothers. That was until Cole did the unthinkable, he screwed Jameson’s long time girlfriend. Jameson dumps her and plans on getting even with Cole to get his betrayal out of his system. Cole has it bad for Brooke Collins but when she sees Jameson she sees something she likes. Cole knows what Jameson is playing at so he plays along and they both give Brooke the ride of her life. But is that enough for them or will they want more rides. I loved how everything plays out in this book, it is plotted out nicely and there is never a dull moment with plenty of drama, some angst, some heartfelt moments and some great smoking hot sexy times. This is a fantastic book and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, from Ella Miles wonderful writing style to the story and characters she created to Keira’s Stevens’ fabulous narration. The story grabbed my attention right from the start and held it captive straight to the end. The characters are complex and nicely developed, Kinsley Felton grew up in wealth, her family owns casinos and hotels in Vegas. She adored her father, shadowed him when she was younger and even left her life choices up to him. He pretty much had her life planned out for her, from birth to adulthood. But adulthood comes sooner than she thought and she is finally realizing everything that was planned out for her may not be exactly what she wants, she may want something more. My heart went out to Kinsley, while her father adored her he did not do her any favors in the way he set up her life, but there may be more to this and I am looking forward to finding out. I adored Killian, his determination and drive to get what he wants and doing what he needs to do to get it. I also loved the chemistry between him and Kinsley, it was smoking hot. There is never a dull moment in this book, it is greatly plotted with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, some heartfelt moments and some smoking hot ones too. I loved the mind-blowing ending, I did not see that coming at all, WTG, Ella Miles awesome blindside, I am looking forward to what comes next in “Maybe Never” the second book of the “Maybe, Definitely” series. Thank you for this fantastic story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

I loved everything about this book, from Jenna Galicki’s wonderful writing style to the story and characters she created to John Solo and Nick J. Russo’s fabulous narration. I am a huge fan of Rock Star romance and this book did not disappoint on bit. The story grabbed my attention right from the start and held it captive straight to the end. I adored both characters, Cameron Douglas thought a vacation would help get him out of his funk, it was not working until he meets Brandon, there was something about him that peaked his interest. Brandon, a rock star, is used to being approached by fans, so when he meets someone who has no idea of who he is, a someone who he feels drawn to he needs to spend more time with him before his secret is out. The two hit it off and have a wonderful time together, when his bandmates join them Cameron really finds out who Brandon is and what he does. I loved how how much story Jenna Galicki fit into her novella sized book, it is plotted out nicely and there is never a dull moment, it is a sweeping romance with some drama, heartfelt moments and some hot loving. I throughly enjoyed this book, it is well written with interesting storylines that are captivating from start to end. The characters are realistic and easy to relate to. I adored both leads, my heart went out to Ember, you could tell she was hiding her inner demons and they were holding her back from enjoying life and moving forward. Colt Barnes was a true hero, he saw something in her the minute he laid eyes on her. They were two people from different worlds who clicked, Colt had his work cut out for him because Ember thought he was out of her league, she also had self worth issues. Sick of living a life of weekly one night stands she takes Colt up on the challenge he presented her with, a challenge that will change both of their lives. I loved his patience with her, how he was getting through to her. I also loved how everything played out in this book, the story is beautifully plotted and flows naturally. There is never a dull moment and there is plenty of drama, some angst, twists, heartfelt moments and some great romance. Stacy Eaton, thank you for the wonderful story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.

Kim Holden completely wowed me with this book, the story is realistic and grabs both your attention and your heart. It is a beautifully written story that is moving beyond words. The characters are realistic and easy to relate to, I felt like I knew Toby and what he was feeling and what he was going thru. I wanted to pull him out of the book, open his eyes show him he does not have to feel the way he did. Toby was beaten down in life that he got to the point of living for one thing, to prove he is smart to the one person who failed him, when he completed that goal he was ready to fulfill his next one. I love how this story was told, the majority of the first part “One Side of the Story” comes from Toby’s point of view, the majority spent in the present, occasionally flipping back to the past, 2 years earlier getting his view as Nina’s protector and we get some of Johnny’s view in the present as well. The second part “There are two sides to every story. This is the Other Side of Toby’s. The side that lends perspective. And changes everything” This part is brilliant, it brings in different points of views from people Toby met along the way, including Chantal, Cliff, which I loved and thought was brilliant. The third part, “When The Other Side is introduced to reality, lives change” brings us back to present day and what becomes of everyone, truths are reveals and lives are forever changed. I adored the secondary characters in this book, they played major support roles especially Alice, whom I admired, her brother was pretty awesome too. This is the type of story that will stay with me for a really long time, it is moving like no other and it shows you there is beauty everywhere you just have to look for it and if you can’t find it do not hesitate to reach out and get the help you need to find it. Kim Holden, thank you for another amazing book and the great notes you left in the book.

Michael Crouch, Natasha Soudek, Bahni Turpin, Kirby Heyborne, Adenrele Ojo, Graydon Long, Erin Spencer and Vikas Adam are wonderful narrators and voice artists, loved Kim Holden’s appearance and message as well. Michael Crouch’s portrayal of Toby was spot on, he captured Toby’s despair, hopelessness and anguish as he battled with his inner demons he also captured how much of a caring heart Toby had. The rest of the cast did a fine jobs covering their parts as well and delivered great performances. Thank you for this amazing listen🎧.
