Very superficial - no significant depth in any of the topics approached. Pseudo scientific statements with no reference to actual studies and sometimes inaccurate. Hard to distinguish between evidence-based observations and their narrative.

very inspiring without being unrealistic. set of concepts that are already well known but that she masterfully put together. mel robbins is a fantastic narrator. highly recommend.
