This book was very helpful in understanding how fasting actually works. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it. I enjoyed reading it and the message resonated with me. The book is well-written and has a good explanation and recipes.

Procrastination is a very bad habit. We all probably know that we shouldn’t procrastinate, but sometimes we just do it anyways. Sometimes procrastination makes us feel better for a moment, but the reality is that this behavior will lead to failure. If you keep telling yourself “Hey, it's okay, I can do it tomorrow,” then over time you won't achieve your long term goals. If you want to succeed, then you have to be committed to doing what you need to do, even if you don’t like it. But it’s not always so easy.

I was fully educated about narcissistic abuse after reading this book. Well-written and very easy to read. I think everyone must have sufficient knowledge about this abuse. We might be a victim by this emotional abuse in one way or the other.
