I began seeking inspiration to practice the Art of Lucid Dreaming, I know have that plus I have been employing Buddhist techniques to enrich my practice with more structure towards a meaningful approach. Lucid Dreams on there own are amazing tools to probe for understanding and play but the additional Buddhist methods have enabled me to go even deeper into self where a profound duty seeks its balance.
The author is witty and clear spoken. It almost feels like a face to face sitting. I like the quoted Carl Jung and all the Buddha’s.
I look forward to further additions.

This book is a big heavy on science to begin with I nearly gave- up on it but later it fetters out Neuroscience, psychology then Gnosticism. Now, the latter is my field of interest.
There are cases of near death experiences and a plethora of interesting information.
The narrator keeps you hooked as he presents the book well.

I found narrators voice quite good to listen to with a certain warmth. I did have to slow the recording down slightly to get pleasant effect.
The subject matter starts historically and is interesting then the 5 Rites are explained enough to try them out from narration.
The Buddhist perspective figures heavily here in this recording. A 6th Rite is mentioned but not the method. It's explained as a meditative breathing exercise and is controversial to this practice.
personally I use Sacred Rites of Rejuvenation by Samael Aun Weor together with these described here and they are truly remarkable in effect.

I had been considering trying Chan Meditation for a while but always found ways to postpone it. This beautiful piece of Artistry has given me that taste.
The narration is full of life making the recording a pleasure to listen to. You don't need to be in the same room as the author as you feel a deep connectedness with him through his powerful presentation. I love it!!!

I visualise myself seated in a meadow with pure rays of 'Life Particles' shining down from above and the experience is beautiful beyond description, almost!
The recording is rather long just over an hour so I tend to play one or two chapters and this is enough.
The music is powerfully healing, it leaves a good feeling afterwards and Ilchi lee's voice blends beautifully into this blissful experience.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to relax and heal on a deep level.

I'm struggling with mindfulness practice and being present to each moment and this recording expertly read addresses Awareness and Acceptance of the present moment; letting go of Form into what 'is'.
I find eckhart tolle recordings very informative as is this one and also very practicable.
This is a very good session recorded live with humour and wisdom.

As much as I like this recording it isn't the one that works best for me.
The author has voice of professional practitioner, which he is anyway and the visuals are good.
I think affirmations are very top heavy. Way too many of them. William defoore suggests recording your own voice but I opted for a different approach.
I would recommend this recording.

The first two tracks are designed for women with daytime first then nighttime recording and so remaining tracks are for men with the third one being the daytime one.
I find this lack of information very irritating and with some big lectures playing them and remembering certain things of necessity can result in them being shelved instead. However, that aside I do love this recording as it captures the essence of core healing. It is typically g.h. With bits already heard before in other recordings.
Relaxation is superb and so soothing leading to visual engagement with core self. Visualisation together with Affirmations with subliminal messages. All-in-All an empowering experience.
The 10 minutes booster is mindfulness with affirmations. I don't quite know what to make of it. I don't know if mindfulness and hypnosis go together. Maybe they do and I'm just being picky.
I do recommend this title for its powerful approach.

I use this recording together with techniques from Psychic Protection by Jeffrey Seelman and I'm totally buzzing every minute of every day.
Anna's voice is so very soothing and the techniques are very powerful. The sessions are quite long with hypnosis session just under an hour. Personally this session is so relaxing I'm not conscious whilst listening to it throughout. The energetic 'drum method' is awesome experience at about 45 minutes. All recordings in the series have over 1 hour meditation which starts mindfully and can continue this way or let go to beautiful uplifting music. Finally affirmations repeated with author are very good. I highly recommend this recording for personal empowerment and peak health.
