After listening to this book I see things from a different perspective. It has been a real eye-opener for me. It has gotten me to look at emotions as a form of energy that can be translated into stages of life, growth, and development. Very neat.

This audiobook will surprise you unless you are already familiar with the Vagus nerve, which I was not. I am using an essential oil blend for the vagus nerve, so this audiobook really explains the importance of having a healthy vagus nerve.

This is honestly the best audiobook I've ever listen. You will learn so much about how your mind works and how you are completely in control of your life. This audiobook really goes in-depth about the negative tendencies that people have and shows how to eliminate those.
