Aristotle is an angry teen with a brother in prison. Dante is a know-it-all who has an unusual way of looking at the world. When the two meet at the swimming pool, they seem to have nothing in common. But as the loners start spending time together, they discover that they share a special friendship - the kind that changes lives and lasts a lifetime. And it is through this friendship that Ari and Dante will learn the most important truths about themselves and the kind of people they want to be.

I honestly don't know what to write apart from I am impressed. This was such a lovely read while also tackling deep and disturbing topics such as war, prison, how everyone fights their own battles inside, bullying. And a lot more. And in the middle of everything, you have a couple you can't help falling in love with. So adorable.

Also, I applaud the parent characters in this book. They're present (a situation not often portrayed in YA) and they're human and authentic. I adored them!

I love Amy Poehler and everything she does. She's one of the funniest people I know of. Which is also the reason I have the paperback of this book on my shelves and have decided to purchase the audiobook as well. It gave me a chance to see the pictures and then listen to the book - which, I think, is the best way to go through this one. The improv banter in Amy's 'private recording booth' was simply priceless. It also adds another layer.

I love that this book provides a unique mixture of backstage info, life experience and advice. It's all done very well and here comes an embarrassing part of me admitting that I cried when hearing the last sentences.

One of Jane Austen’s most beloved works, Pride and Prejudice, is vividly brought to life by Academy Award nominee Rosamund Pike ( Gone Girl). In her bright and energetic performance of this British classic, she expertly captures Austen’s signature wit and tone. Her attention to detail, her literary background, and her performance in the 2005 feature film version of the novel provide the perfect foundation from which to convey the story of Elizabeth Bennett, her four sisters, and the inimitable Mr. Darcy.

Pride and Prejudice will always be my favorite book of them all. I have read it so many times and now listened to it for the first..because when I saw Rosamund's name, I just had to buy it. And I was not disappointed. Her voice were amazing, I extremely loved her portrayal of the ever annoying Mrs. Bennett.
