Just like Superman, followers of Christ have the supernatural ability to conquer the challenges we face. But the problem for both Superman and us is there's a kryptonite that steals our strength. Of course, both Superman and kryptonite are fictional. But spiritual kryptonite is not. This book offers answers to why so many people - and the churches they attend - are unable to experience the divine strength that was evident among the first-century Christians. In Killing Kryptonite, John Bevere reveals what this kryptonite is and how to break free from its bondage.

In February 2014, Reni Eddo-Lodge posted an impassioned argument on her blog about her deep-seated frustration with the way discussions of race and racism in Britain were constantly being shut down by those who weren't affected by it. She gave the post the title 'Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race'. Her sharp, fiercely intelligent words hit a nerve, and the post went viral, spawning a huge number of comments from people desperate to speak up about their own similar experiences.

This book is just simply amazing on so many levels. So many components that make it such a good read but also very educational. I love the way Reni perfectly articulated the different topic area. Written in a way EVERYONE can read with ease and hopefully can identify with one way or another.

Race and equality never an easy subject area to discuss but I love the way she has provided a narrative we all can be part of one way or another and also the responsibilities to improving racecial inequalities rest with mostly with those in power to change but automately we all have our part to play!

Thank you for such a gift, I've also learned more about black history in Britan!

Escape the enemy's deadly trap! The Bait of Satan exposes one of the most deceptive snares Satan uses to get believers out of the will of God - offense. Most people who are ensnared by the bait of Satan don’t even realize it. Don’t be fooled! You will encounter offense, and it’s up to you how it will affect your relationship with God. Your response will determine your future. If offense is handled correctly, you will become stronger rather than bitter. John Bevere shows you how to stay free from offense and escape the victim mentality.

Anyone can see it: We're captivated by the idea of eternity. No generation or culture can resist its draw. And some part of you already knows this, doesn't it? It's the reason you're thinking about buying this book. God created us with eternity in our hearts because this life is merely a glimpse of what's to come. But what do we know about eternity? Is there more to it than pitchforks and harps? And if so, is any of it relevant to the life we're living now?

I now have a deeper understanding of eternity, what it means to truly serve God and walk in His purpose!

You won't regret reading this book, the audio was amazing but I will be buying a hard copy as I will be referring back to this book throughout this year!
