Every wrongdoing warrants a consequence. In my case, I've decided to settle the score with death. Especially when what brought this on, what stirred up my crazy, was the vicious attack on an innocent young girl. Worse, one that ended in her death. For years, I've been plotting to take out the men I used to call my brothers. The men who double-crossed me by brutally murdering my sister.

I liked this mafia style Cinderella fairy tale it was so well told and I found it very easy to listen to. It was not full of action but a slow burn romance between Dante and Gabrielle. It had all the elements of the fairy tail wicked step mother ugly sisters glass slipper but told in a very 2019 way.

Paul D Henry has a nice voice sometimes I found you could hear the breaks in his talking where he must of added words in the final but this did not take anything away from the story it just stood out a bit.

I enjoyed this book it was a nice story.x

OMG Kelly Moore has done it again another amazing story. Just when I thought the series could not get better well then came Gypsy & Jameson. Gypsy is broken from her past heartache but Jameson is smitten first with her voice then the woman. He try's everything to draw her from the darkness but can someone who has hit rock bottom rise out of the darkness???. I adore how Jameson treats Lyla he is so head over hills in love and just wants to make Lyla happy. I have not read the alternate ending yet but once I have time I will see how it ends with a HEA.. This series is so special and although they are all stand alone's they fit so well together. All are a must read/listen if you love a deep love story. make sure you have tissues handy as all are heart wrenching. The book did not feel like it was only 3 hours 17 minutes it had so much story.

Adam Riley did a fantastic job it is my first time listening to him and his voice is perfect.

Wes was such a great character I loved how he was so cocky about school but so unsure about his place on the basketball team he just wanted the best for his team mates. Blair was such a heartwarming character her and her best friend had collage life all planned out but after an accident Blair is left to live her and her friends best life. Blair has made mistakes in her first year and she is paying the price so when she meets Wes and school life seems so easy yo him she asks him for help. I love how the relationship develops they are so alike and work well together . Wes and his team mates become very close to Blair and when things get hard they help her so much. at some points i wanted to bash Wes and Blair's heads together they just needed to talk things through.

I can't wait for the next book to come to audio as i want to know more about the other characters in The Assist.

Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke are amazing together they are a great team and i find it to hard to stop listening to them.

The first time I saw Saxton Crawford we were in high school. He was the football star and I was just another invisible teenage girl. Now, he is a famous quarterback and the bane of my existence. And by bane, I mean his presence has brought back 10 years of secrets. Ones I'd thought I'd dealt with. The minute he walks back into my life I become that bumbling teenage girl all over again. I’m not having it! Even if the quarterback only has eyes for me. He's irresistible, too handsome for his own good, cocky, and carrying baggage no one wants.

This was my first EL Dubois and it was such a nice story. When you like the popular boy at school but you do nothing about it then you meet years later and sparks fly. I thought this was gonna be just another second chance love story but some of the subjects in the book are hard to listen to but they take the book to another level. I was not sure the story would be able to develop as it was only 3 and a half hours but it felt like a much longer book as so much was fitted into the short time.

Sarah Sampino did a great job at telling the story and she gave all the characters a different voice so well. I was very entertained by the story and the story telling. Well worth a listen.x

She’s forbidden. Too young, too pure, and not mine. I’ll break all the rules to be with her. She belongs to me, even if she doesn't know it yet. He’s taboo. Too old, too experienced, and my stepfather. I’ll cross every line to be with him. He's not mine and never will be. It’s not about the danger of what's forbidden, it’s about the pleasure we get from it. All consequences be damned.

Oh how I felt for Leila how heart breaking when your first crush/love becomes your stepfather. If you love a book that is full on Taboo than First is so a book for you/me. I was not a big fan of Silas he is just so full on I was rooting for Brax he seems a much better fit for Leila. I was not sure that the length of this book would be enough to get into a story but it's wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am full on and smoking hot. I can't wait to hear the next two books as I so need to know how this will play out.

Lacy Laurel is fab and she puts so much into her story telling I just love her voice and emotion. Aaron Shedlock is the perfect alpha and did a excellent job and they both sounded amazing talking in Spanish.

I need the next book ASAP.x

This book just pulls out your heart and you think "how can things get better for poor Olivia" but it goes to show with amazing friends you can get through anything. I loved that Olivia went traveling and tried her best to do things she needed to heal.
I was told this was a sad story and I would cry so I thought not me no way well how wrong was I? (very) so much in this story had me blubbing like a baby.

I adore Kelly Moore's story telling and this was no exception she just gets it so spot on. I need to listen to more I can't wait for Gypsy to come out.

Sarah Puckett I could listen to her all day her voice is Hypnotic. She just draws you into the story and you can feel all the pain and Heartache she is perfect for the part.

I was not sure what to expect with this one but it was one heck of a good story and kept me entertained from start to finish. Sadie is trying to stay under the radar and have little communication with others so a library seems a great place to work but when the tall handsome stranger takes notice she is intrigued. It gets quiet dark and Sadie is taken by Kazimir back to Russia and held by the Bratva. Sadie and Kazimir are both broken and I think this is why they fit so well together.

Wen Ross was just AMAZING he kept the Russian accent so well all the way through. He never goes OTT with the female voice it's just enough. This is my first Jane Henry book but will be diving into more very soon.

A very enjoyable book told very well by Mr Ross.x

Sean Crisden as Reece was great his voice is so easy to listen to and he did such a good job. Lacy Laurel is one of my new favourites her voice is just amazing I could listen to her all day.
