This book really revealed a lot of insight of how our habbits are developed physically in our brain. It explains things with comvincing case studies which makes it easy to follow. Some cases are introduced with quite some words, but the core ideas are clear and nice explained. I bought a hard copy before a business trip, but prefer the audible version.

Most of us believe that we will finally feel satisfied and content with our lives when we get the good news we have been waiting for, find a healthy relationship, or achieve one of our personal goals. However, this rarely happens. Good fortune is often followed by negative emotions that overtake us and result in destructive behaviors.

It's time to get down to business and define the different types of men, so you can have a better understanding of what you are getting yourself into and how to date these types of guys. Equally important is defining the different types of women, so you can determine which category best describes you. Of course, we all have bits and pieces of several personality types, but one usually prevails.

I finished listening this book after I heard the other Gregg's dating book. They are relatively short comparing to the other audio books, but I like its structured style and clear summary of key points. It's much more concise and easier to remember. Good book - definitely recommend to read or listen.
