This is a fantastic book with so much insight, plenty of substance, famous names, news stories etc.
Trumps name is mentioned alot and I listened to it during covid 19 so Trump already annoyed me.... But what a book. 100pc recommend this to anyone who admires Maitlis for her guts.

This book fleshes out the YouTube video on a graduation speech. It has 10 life lessons by an Admiral from the US navy.
It's little anecdotes, and some repetitive stories in diff lessons which really drills the message in.
I highly recommend it. Its less than 2 hours and each chapter is less than 10 mins with a 20 min summary at the end.
One I will prob listen to again and have quotes from stuck to my fridge.

OK where to start.
The story isn't actually awful it's just very drawn out and nothing to hold the reader hence I didn't finish it. Each chapter has parts which to me serves zero purpose to me because the story continues on, no change of character or location. Narration wasn't my fav when he changed his voice to woman's. It made me cringe to be honest.
If you want to read it, read it in book format perhaps and you really would want a WWII history lover maybe to appreciate it.
I learned some things but overall in my opinion it was over hyped.

I am 12 chapters into this, my first audio book and I am loving it so much. I have been gripped from the first sentence.
Her voice is soothing and the story interesting, with humor, emotion and everything in between.
I am looking forward to finishing it.
