For myself suffering for 8 plus years with what I believe is adrenal fatigue this has given me information that I haven’t already had after years of searching. So looking forward to trying new things I’ve ordered products and books recommended and will see how it helps

Well as a personal trainer I've worked hard to get rid of the myth that muscle weighs more than FAT. 1lb of fat weighs the same as 1lb of muscle as 1lb of feathers etc etc and to say anything other than that frustrates me. Its the density i.e. Throw out the scales go off clothes. Information is good in hear follows same as what Gillian mckeith said years ago about food combinations. Was a easy listen did the whole book in one sitting

Fantastic audio listened to the 20 hours over a week. Really enjoyed listening to what people think waking up is. I think I'm most cases people are trying to get the ah ha moment and chasing something forever expecting a big awakening or something so severe in their life it knocks them into realizing they are awake. So living in the moment and listening to what people think 30 spiritually enlightens people is fantastic what a great book and each one extremely interesting

I've been practicing the loa for a number of years now it's always nice to just get a little more info and pick me up. It's nothing I havnt heard before however it's set in a way that makes you want to listen gives you things to try to bring you back in the energy systems of the loa. Will defiantly have this on my frequent play list under three hours long well worth the money xx
