Cassie Franklin trips over nothing on perfectly flat surfaces every day, and she cannot seem to be able to simultaneously speak and look into her audience's eyes. Cassandra Frank is the ultimate tease; her words have aroused, intrigued and captured the heart of thousands...and somehow, they are the same person. Hiding the fact that she writes erotica isn't much of a challenge - no one would ever think that a plain, boring little accountant like Cassie could so much as read anything so scandalous...but one day, she makes a huge mistake.

I loved listening to the audio version of this book and with Noah taking all the male narratives and Erin the female, you become drawn into the story even more. Noah has a lovely deep chocolatey voice (yummy) and both narrators sound believable.
This first story is about a klutz accountant and fledgling erotic writer at Harris Toys who gets the full benefit of her CEO's input. I really love the 'Some girls do' series.

Lucy Fitzpatrick doesn't like rugby. As the little sister of Ireland's most infamous rugby player, Lucy can't seem to escape the championship-sized shadow cast by her big brother, or her mother's frequent attempts to micromanage her future. Her rainbow hair is as free-spirited as her quest for inner peace, yet overbearing expectations keep bringing her down. And when she's down, her compulsive little problem lands her in seriously big trouble.

How can you not love a story about a sexually inept posh male and a cleptomaniac rainbow haired girl. It's funny, angsty and us misfits are entitled to our happy ever afters too. If you aren't aware that flaws are humorous this isn't for you. Plus that male Irish accent.....drooling!

Penelope and Colin's story. Bright witty wallflower of the vibrant yellow kind, eventually gets her very own Bridgerton male. Well written and beautifully narrated. You won't regret purchasing this story.

If anyone ever said being an adult was easy, they hadn't been one long enough. Diana Casillas can admit it: she doesn't know what the hell she's doing half the time. How she's made it through the last two years of her life without killing anyone is nothing short of a miracle. Being a grown-up wasn't supposed to be so hard.

Would you try another book written by Rose Gordon or narrated by B. F. Laskar?

The story itself was good and have always enjoyed her historical romances, As a writer I would heartily recommend her

What was one of the most memorable moments of Her Sudden Groom?

I especially enjoyed how arid Alex showed Caroline that he was sorry by meeting her in the altogether, having fixed her telescope.

What didn’t you like about B. F. Laskar’s performance?

The narration however was not so good. It was read rather than narrated i.e. in a continual montone with no variations to pitch of voice and the woman seemed to refuse to take a breath between sentences. A bit of advice - learn from other narrators e.g. Rosalyn Landor etc.

Do you think Her Sudden Groom needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

The sequel is 'Her reluctant Groom' the story about Marcus and Emma.

Any additional comments?

Look forward to more - should narrator improve or be replaced!!
