Discover the revolutionary formula that heals the source of illness and disease, even success and relationship issues. According to Stanford, Harvard, Mayo Clinic, the CDC, and other research centers, there is one source of up to 95% of all illness and disease, and it is not your thoughts, emotions, conscious beliefs, actions, or even your DNA. Solomon revealed this source more than 3000 years ago.

Interesting read, as it links to other lines of research on breathing, meditation and it explores varying angles on self talk to address the number one cause of 'illness'...stress. Although it makes reference to energy, it doesn't get into depth on the benefits of breathing to bring the body to an alkaline state and restore balance.

Dreams from My Father is a masterpiece: a refreshing, revealing portrait of a young man asking the big questions about identity and belonging. The son of a black African father and a white American mother, Obama recounts an emotional odyssey. He retraces the migration of his mother's family from Kansas to Hawaii, then to his childhood home in Indonesia. Finally he travels to Kenya, where he confronts the bitter truth of his father's life and at last reconciles his divided inheritance.

Never particularly a fan of Barack, per say, but the sincerity with which he recalls his past and the perspective captured herein speaks to the authenticity of his struggle before the earnest priming to prepare him to take on the leadership battle. It compels digestion of his next title (the audacity of hope), from which vivid comparison can be drawn. Great listen.

This is for anyone who is upwardly mobile or seeking to change their lives.
There's so much useful information within, I may as well have bought a hard copy, so that I could bookmark and highlight key areas so i can easily refer to them.
I'll be rereading this over and over.
