I’m a fan of James Herbert, and after reading the mixed reviews thought I would make up my own mind. The start of the story is fair enough, but the voice of midge, is dreadful. The voice was ridiculously awful, I tried to get past it by her description, enough said make up your own mind. As expected the story start to evolve, not bad quite acceptable and enjoyable. As we continue the story could have been written by a different author, it becomes totally stupid.

Really enjoyed this piece of writing by Zachary Byrd. I have found it easy listening right from the start. Look out for the twist at the end, had me thinking oh I didn’t see that coming.
However Ezmia Moore I don’t feel did the book justice. I felt she could have practiced the script more as she seemed to stumble and read rather than perform the text. All in all enjoyable.

I think if you’re not a female prude, you may enjoy this book. From the off it was descriptive of sexual functionality, not something I care to listen to. But I’m sure lots of folk will enjoy this.

Easy listening stir, thought at one point it had just got good, sadly not. Glad when it was finished. Could have been good though if everyone wasn’t ‘lovely’ and all lived happily ever after.

Narrator awful, over emphasis. Story basic line was good if a little predictable, some words were a little over used like the author had just discovered them and was determined to use them.

Loved this book, a bit Gordy on places. Found myself saying don’t do it. A must for Stephen King fans.

To start the book is quite possible. It has a good story line, but becomes rather far fetched, almost childlike in its story, it’s like yeh we would all be able to get away with doing that. Read it for yourself, see what you think. I can promise the ending is as good as the start, pity about the middle.

I quite enjoyed this book although the overuse of the words “duvet” “shudder” and “shivered” were mildly annoying. Also how old is her daughter supposed to be? I worked it out at 3 and a half ish. You would think she was about 12 with her vocabulary and actions.
