This was such a great listen, the pace of the story didn’t stop from start to finish. The narrator was really excellent at bringing the characters to life.

I just adored this book, I didn’t want it to end. Having Marian narrate the novel really gave an extra sense of who the characters are.

If I hadn’t heard this book was being made into a movie/series with Nicole Kidman I wouldn’t have stuck with it. I found the storyline unbelievable at times, and actually a bit boring. This wasn’t for me.
It was well narrated though

I really enjoyed this book, but for me the end was too over the top, i just couldn’t buy it. So after racing through this to find out what happened to Emma, I was let down by a story that wasn’t at all believable for me. But if you are able to really park your brain for this, you’ll love it!!

This was a really easy listen, a nice story that moved along on pace. I really enjoyed it and finished it in 3 days.
I wasn’t a fan of the narrator though. All the characters seemed to talk in a twee country Irish style, ( bar the American characters) despite them being from Dublin and the male characters just sounded gruff without any other discerning personality.

Really enjoyed this book. However I really disliked the narrator. Only that I was reading on paperback and listening in tandem, I wouldn’t have stuck with it. Her male voices were very annoying, and having started reading the book before listening to it, I didn’t feel she suited the character of Amy at all.

Funny & heart warming, I didn’t want the story to end!

I don’t normally listen to humorous books, but the Cows may have just changed my mind on this genre. I loved it from start to finish, and the narration was excellent, highly recommend!

Having listened to all the other Joe OLoughlin books before listening to Lost, this book let me down. And not least because the voice of the narrator just didn’t suit the character that has been portrayed by Sean Barrett in the other books. But I found the story meandered at times, it didn’t have the pace of the other books in the series
