This book was so steamy! Warning: Don not read unless your partner is ready fr some action ;) It will definitely put you in the mood! There are some very intense erotic scenes. The narrator had the deepest voice that he changed up when narrating for Adrian to be so commanding. I would find it hard not to say yes, sir. If this genre is your thing, this is a must read!

I don't think that anything I could say would do this work of art justice! The Cadence Duet is just everything a story should be. The writing is flawless, pulling you in and transporting you to the world that is imagined by this fabulous writer. The issues of immigration and today's issues were so wonderfully written about. I honestly found myself angry with Cadence for the injustices.

I loved Cadence so much and felt every single emotion she went through. My heart felt like it would break with her every time. And Fitz, it was exactly the same with him. Each one of them has gone through so much, but their love, rare and pure, never faltered. This was the most beautiful story I think I've ever had the privilege of experiencing. I couldn't stop listening. I literally got one hour of sleep, because I just had to finish the story.

One reason I believe that this and Untouched were so magnificent was the exceptional performances of the narrators. They are one word, perfection! No two could have done this book as much justice. I felt every word.

Cadence Riley didn’t have time for boys - no matter how potent their smiles were. School and working at Camp Riley were her only priorities. She knew better than to fall for someone like Fitz Quinn, the spoiled, bad boy son of a wealthy politician. But the second he spoke to her, she knew she was in over her head. He was a gorgeous trouble maker with a cocky attitude. Her heart warned her, but she didn’t listen. There was something protective and good beneath the bad boy exterior that made her insides flutter. Before she knew it, she fell hard and fast.

I thought this story had a pretty good plot and was promising. I felt that it was fairly predictable throughout. However, I did enjoy the story in the long run. It just was missing something.

I do think the narrator also has promise. He was really great during the battle scene. His deep voice was really fun when he belted out, "Never!" during a fight seen.

And now, he’s changing the rules. The agreement was one month. For 30 days, I’d be his. He’s no longer satisfied with my body alone, though. He wants my soul, too. Wants every part of me. This book had me listening intently from the start. It was so dark and dirty, I loved it! Sila is strong and challenges Killian in every way, through every move. He is like the big bad wolf, the mega alpha. He takes what he wants, when he wants, but he makes sure you want it. It is a seductive read that sends you into a world full of hate, desire, mob dealings, love, and secrets, and bitter heartache. I never thought that the secrets from their pasts would be so datk, especially Sila's. I cried in utter horror and shock for these characters. Beautiful, dark story.

The narrators were perfect. Sila's narrator had that raspy, sexy voice that seemed to convey someone that had gone through every ounce of pain and struggle she had. Killian's narrator, he made you feel the power he had in every way, and his intense pain.

This book was so deliciously captivating. I was wrapped up in it from the get go. Lucy is a character you can't help but love. Her internal rants are so perfect, and hilarious. We all do it. It just made her more real. Asher Black, oh my! He is an enigma. The perfect balance of bad and good. Can she overlook his past, and get over hers, to let them have a future?

The narrator, wonderful! She does a perfect voice change for every character, male included. My favorite, when she read Amy's text messages to Lucy. It was hillarious.

This audio book was just so captivating. I loved every single part of it I am a huge music fan, so the aspects of music were so wonderful. There were so many touching, deep, emotional parts to this story. It touched on things that truly made my heart hurt for these characters. I absolutely loved Drea and Laz. Their chemistry is off the charts. Like two sides of the same coin, they are quite different but perfectly made for one another, to heal each other, understanding what others cannot. And the secondary charactets, amazing!

Now, the narrator, she was phenomenal! How can someone change their voice so wonderfully? After reading a character just once, I never had to have it said again who she was reading for. The accents, the male parts, so amazing. And the intimate scenes, wow! I felt as though I was eavesdropping on an actual intimate moment, the narrator got so into the scenes. I had to fan myself on numerous occasions.

I also found myself listening during a drive, yelling obscenities at my windshield. Yes, it was that good! Or crying with Drea. Laughing at Cam's hilarious guy-ness. And the villains in this story, hated them! I'm the good way. We all love to hate a villain. This book had a beautiful ending. It's a beautiful story that covers so many tough subjects that so many people go through. A must listen!
