This book was perhaps overhyped, but still delivers clear information about effective habit forming in a concise and interesting way. The narrator has some amazing personal recounts about the strategies he discusses, and has been through a hell of a lot prior to his practise of the methods he discusses.

I liked him as an author and have been using the habit techniques to great effect both before reading this book and as a result of it. Definitely worth a listen, however the techniques are not wildly new or different.

This book is a great story to fall asleep to or listen to when you want to relax. The journey of Senior Quixote are funny, packed with character and pretty funny even today.

The tone of the book is a mix between Monty Pythons Holy Grail and a good old fashioned fairy tale.

I liked these lecture but felt that they could have done a better job of mentioning their sources for the information about each of the religious figures.

A lot of the information just seemed to be something overheard.

Great delivery and insightful look at the similarities and difference between all the 4 religious characters.

Jerry has met alot of famous names from hollywood in the 60's right through to the present day. His narration is impeccable and the insights are helpful.

If you want a few handy tips on people skills and perseverance on the backdrop of several incredible life events, then Mr Weintraubs book is the one to read.

The tips are scattered along the way but helpful nonetheless.

I want to stress that this is an incredible story and is told by a man who knows how to form a narrative. The problem though is that this book kind of lacks the relisten factor.

Funny, informative and a real adventure. Definately, worth a listen but the advice is not as practical and laid out as I was first led to believe.

amazing book, that breaks down offensive/defensive strategy in minute detail. Also, the author brought in copious amounts of history to back up his points too!

many english lessons wasted analysing sci-fi and literary classics such as shakespeare. This book would have been much more beneficial to me.
