This is a wonderfully written book, it explains how people think and make decisions in life. I am a big fan of psychology currently I am researching how to combine technology with psychology to help people and this is a great start for me.

The summary is laid out well, making it easy to follow the main points in the real book. It only took me a few minutes to read, but I came away with a comprehensive understanding of The Power of Now's Main Points, and believe I'll get even more out of the full book when I read it for real. Highly recommend!
