From New York Times best-selling author Nick Bilton comes a true-life thriller about the rise and fall of Ross Ulbricht, aka the Dread Pirate Roberts, the founder of the online black market Silk Road. In 2011, Ulbricht, a 26-year-old libertarian idealist and former Boy Scout, launched 'a website where people could buy anything anonymously, with no trail whatsoever that could lead back to them'. He called it Silk Road, opened for business on the Dark Web, and christened himself the Dread Pirate Roberts.

Four friends, caught in a terrible job market, joke about turning to kidnapping to survive. And then, suddenly, it’s no joke. For two years, the strategy they devise works like a charm – until they kidnap the wrong man. Now two groups are after them – the law, in the form of veteran state investigator Kirk Stevens and hotshot young FBI agent Carla Windermere, and an organised crime outfit looking for payback.

I like this offer style I mean it is simple and plain however in same time it's very interesting to read. There is no big of the doubt how it's going to end, however is rude like that the commentary book I mean everything was so detailed and story is in intriguing recommended for everyone. One thing I realised while reading this book is that no one should trust those popular titles because they are result of future advertising. The more books I read the more I realise that last known offers are far better than that hugely advertised on the top rate of books. In the book narrator is my favourite at first I didn't read any other narrator books because it is so clear and understandable the way he reads The part of that was because my nationality is not English
