Story
Dreams of Awakening is a thorough and exciting exploration of lucid dreaming theory and practice within both Western and Tibetan Buddhist contexts. It not only explores lucid dreaming practices, but also the innovative new techniques of mindfulness of dream and sleep, the holistic approach to lucidity training which the author co-created. The book is based on over 12 years of personal practice and the hundreds of lucid dreaming workshops which Charlie has taught around the world.

This is my third book on Lucid dreaming, and despite it being the shortest it is definitely the best. it give a good all round view of the topic and in my humble opinion should definitely the starting point for anyone wanting to learn about and start practicing lucid dreaming.
Enjoy.

Story
Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self is the account of an extraordinarily talented lucid dreamer who goes beyond the boundaries of both psychology and religion. In the process, he stumbles upon the Inner Self. While lucid (consciously aware) in the dream state and able to act and interact with dream figures, objects, and settings, dream expert Robert Waggoner experienced something transformative and unexpected. He was able to interact consciously with the dream observer.

I'm learning to lucid dream and as a beginner I found this book to be of tremendous value. It explains various techniques that can be used to help but beyond that it shows the huge value of lucid dreams. I was going to say the sky's the limit, but with lucid dreaming it doesn't appear to end there! Enjoy.

I ended up reading (listening to) this book because a dear friend recommended it to me. As such I didn't have any real expectations, but I soon discovered that it's a real spiritual gem that could benefit anyone to read. I'd highly recommend this book.

In this truly inspirational audio book, Anita Moorjani relates how, after fighting cancer for almost four years, her body began shutting down - overwhelmed by the malignant cells spreading throughout her system. As her organs failed, she entered into an extraordinary near-death experience (NDE) where she realized her inherent worth... and the actual cause of her disease. Upon regaining consciousness, Anita found that her condition had improved so rapidly that she was released from the hospital within weeks - without a trace of cancer in her body!
