Another brilliant tale from Karin, loved this book, never did a hands turn till it was finished, the dust will still be there tomorrow. Liked the tracking back to Jeffrey Tolllivar/Lena Adams, and Sarah and Wil"s will they won't they. Suspenseful plot with good characters.
Enjoyed the narration.

Heartwarming, gut-wrenching, witty memoir.

I loved Alan's telling of the twin stories of the effects his father & maternal grandther had on his life. I was hooked from the start, Alan was very brave in sharing the awfulness of his & his brother Tom's childhood but in doing that very thing and surviving well beyond expectations, he will have given other people in similar situations hope. I have always liked Alan as an actor & been fond of the cheeky chappie in him and to see that much of it comes from Tommy Darling only makes the fondness grow.
Well written with wit and gravity.

It's been a long time since I read a Marian Keyes novel, but I knew I was in for a convoluted tale with laughter, pathos and another story of the human condition, I wasn't wrong, first-rate narrative which kept me enthralled into the wee small hours.

Loved the new book, beautiful tale set around Loch Ness, with new characters Zoe & her son Hari bringing their own story and old characters from "The Little Shop of Happy Ever After" mingling together. With delightful dialogue and the bonny scenery depicted so evocatively of the Highlands, Jenny has done it again and written a book I could not stop reading and didn't want to end.

Great story, went from 0-60 at the start and never took the foot off the pedal. Suspenseful with a lovely crossover romance, spent too many nights just listening to another chapter leading to bleary eyed mornings.
