Good explanations and easy to understand If you want to listen to this guide you will definitely be interested in intermittent fasting! Give your body to try a new alternative weight control. I like very much this book and one important thing that attract me, you not only listen to any book yet but also having in a conversation about the diet!

The creators described some demonstrated procedures and systems about this breaking down people. I have figured out how to categorize people into identity sorts even as short as after meeting them. In this audio book I could master being perceptive and not being unmindful in understanding people in general. I unquestionably recommend it to anyone that needs to jump into the universe of better understanding people, analyzing them and read their non-verbal communication.

Best cook book I've ever bought. I don't ever leave product reviews but I I feel I should for this one. Every recipe we've tried in his book has been great. I have purchased other cook books in the past and really only liked a few out of the book. Again, every recipe we've tried (we have tried a lot already) are all going to be added to our list of meals to have regularly.

The author has researched autophagy and longevity extensively. It's a huge book full of references and intermixed with the author's own well reasoned extra insights and high-probability best-practice suggestions in the areas that still lack confrontational studies. Nice!

This is really a great compilation of useful books on the ketogenic diet as well as intermittent fasting. I believe this collection has covered quite a number of angles. From doing the keto diet for beginners to doing it while being on a tight schedule. Intermittent fasting is also well covered, both for the beginner as well as women specifically. I found the savings to be great ! knocked off over 15 bucks getting this versus getting each book on its own. The information presented inside is carefully curated and useful for folks who are wanting to combine the keto diet and intermittent fasting into an effective weight loss plan. This is good for me
