If you've any knowledge of nutrition, exercise programme and fitness, then 90% of this book will teach you nothing other than how to suck eggs.

However, if you're at the outset, this is the foundations of what you need to know in leading a healthy life physically and mentally, with relation to fitness.

James is obviously passionate about his work and it shows thoroughly.

Pretty motivating but often reiterated the same bits over and over. Wish he would have touched on some of the negatives of investing a bit more.
