What an honest account. Thank you for inspiring me. Exceptional book that is miles better than most of the other rubbish out there that is just authors pumping up their egos. This account covers the authors many mistakes and is fair more relevant to the budding business person than any other book I have read. I learnt from his mistakes. Nothing more powerful than that.

If you could sum up Recoil in three words, what would they be?

This is the best Nick Stone book in the series. Excellent work Mr McNab and Paul Thornley is an incredible narrator. Thanks for the journey

Where does Burning Angels rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is an excellent book. It is similar to Clive Cusslers original books. In a lot of ways though this series is better because they are even more believable. Bear Grylls is very talented. Can't wait until the next one.

What disappointed you about Bad Science?

If you are the sort of person that is closed minded, then this is the book for you. I found myself drifting off constantly (similar to when a office/workplace "know-all" gets going). I have no idea how this book was so popular but suspect it will be interesting to people that like to have their own cynicism confirmed. I'm fairly sure this book could be debunked by a similarly smarmy author.

Would you ever listen to anything by Ben Goldacre again?

Maybe, but not on this subject

Would you be willing to try another one of Rupert Farley’s performances?

Not sure, he reads the book in a way that 'he knows better' and it is a little irritating

This is the best autobiography I have ever read. Well written and narrated. Excellent, compelling.

I have looked forward to this book since the first in the series came out. To be honest it was a slow starter, but it becomes another excellent Fox book.

I was hoping for something as interesting as the Harry Potter series, you know interesting characters and plots, what I found was a book that was so utterly predictable I only managed to get 3/4 a way through before giving up. Disappointing.
