I really thought this book would me inspirational given the title. However it really did not live up to expectations. The narration was not very good and I found voice dull and boring. Unfortunately because of the aforementioned I did not finish the book. I believe Ben Carson is incredible but this book maybe does not do him justice.
I would not recommend this book.

This book helped me to relax, stay still and focus. The short exercises were great for just taking time out for a few minutes.
